I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Ferris State University and entered the Social Psychology program at VCU in 2008. My current research interest involves the interaction between the self and relationships focusing on romantic relationships and attachment. I am also involved in research on human attachment to pets, protective self-related memory strategies and affective forecasting.
