Russ Clay
I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2000 with a degree in Information Systems and a minor in Business Administration, and I entered VCU's Social Psychology program in 2008. My primary research interests include cultural interaction, and the role culture plays in influencing attitude development and conflict. My current research explores first year undergrad students' attitude formation during their transition to the campus environment, and the relationship between attitude formation and susceptibility to classical conditioning.
